ROSE stands for Recognition Of Service Excellence. The program shines a spotlight on the waiters, cab drivers, service associates, and other non-managerial hospitality professionals who make every Indianapolis visitor feel special. By going above and beyond the expectations of their roles, these service champions embody the true spirit of Hoosier Hospitality.

Each year, we gather to honor these goodwill ambassadors at a gala event that serves not only as an awards ceremony but as a celebration of an industry—and the dedicated individuals—who take pride in their work, their companies, and their city.

Employees and volunteers who exemplify service excellence are nominated annually for this prestigious award. On the night of the ceremony, nominees, one guest, and their nominators are invited to attend and celebrate together in formal attire. Businesses and organizations are also welcome to reserve tables so that additional colleagues may join in recognizing these outstanding professionals.
